Enjoy the Prospect House specialty Crab Cakes, which has been a favorite of the faculty and staff for more than 30 years. The crab cake dish features seasonal accompaniments, purchased locally when possible.
Taste the seasonal fruits through pastry Chef Kristen Solari’s Apple Gallete, with Apples from local farm, Terhune Orchards, along with house-made cinnamon ice cream.
